Mayabeque, Cuba_ The tenth course of Integral Clerk of the Commercial and Gastronomic Services A, Integral Clerk and others of technological preparation, began at the School of Commerce and Gastronomy Fe del Valle, of San José de las Lajas, capital of Mayabeque.

With an enrollment of 435 students, from several provinces of Cuba, the students will study during 11 months the technologies of integral clerks in the services of commerce, international cashier and checker, salon techniques and protocol, international technology of soda source and language, among other subjects included in the study program, according to Radio Camoa.

In the opening words, Fidel Ramón Pimienta Torres, director and professor of that center, highlighted the work of the teacher’s staff for raising the knowledge of the students, materialized in the more than 3000 graduates during the previous nine years.

The also captain of the restaurant Vita Nuova, stressed that the training has national character, to date it has graduated 2799 integral clerks A, 300 integral clerks, 3000 clerks graduated, 14 great awards for the Excellence and 461 gold diplomas and first diplomas.

During the meeting, they presented the great prize for excellence and prize of the Ritual of Wine to Neris Vera, a non-state worker and to Osmany Izquierdo Díaz, both from the municipality of Güines, and recognized Rogelio Franchi, administrator of the restaurant El Chino, of San José de las Lajas, for the work in the quality of the services.

In the closing remarks Marbelis Pérez Hidalgo, member of the provincial bureau of the branch union, stressed the importance of training, basic to provide an adequate service to the population, with ethics, discipline and professionalism.
