Mayabeque, Cuba: Members of the Film, Radio and Television subsidiary of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC), of Mayabeque, chose the journalist Lázaro Silva Ochandía as its President, the sound producer of Radio Camoa , Carlos Alberto Hernández, Vice President, and the young journalist of Radio Jaruco, Yuniel Rodríguez Chávez, in the position of Secretary.
In the meeting they defined the main lines of work of the membership for 2020, with an emphasis on the Annual Awards of the UNEAC, the Cucumí, for the creators of the youth-children's programming, the theoretical meeting Norberto Domínguez in Memoria, and the National Contest Marina Larrazaleta In Memoriam of Radio Jaruco.
On the other hand, they will take into account the exchange of experiences between colleagues in the media, the training of artistic talent and the revival of the Chair of Speakers of the province.
In compliance with one of the agreements of the Ninth Congress of the guild, held this year, the Mayabeque Film, Radio and Television Subsidiary, will project in the growth of more than a dozen communication professionals, with a recognized work in the provincial radio stations and tele centers, while providing for the proposal of some artists for the National Radio and Television Awards.
