Mayabeque, Cuba: Ensuring medical services was a priority in the province of Mayabeque, given the weather emergency associated with tropical storm Laura.
In this territory measures were adopted to care for patients in centers such as the Aleida Fernández Chardiet Clinical Surgical Hospital, the Maternal and Child Commander Manuel Piti Fajardo and the Mario Muñoz Provincial Home for the Elderly.
On the subject, at the Municipal Defense Council, the director of Public Health, Dr. Maidelis Cutiño, explained that they had the necessary resources to take on any situation.
In this territory of the country, they took into account all the measures provided by the Public Health System to ensure the provision of medical services during the passage of Tropical Storm Laura.
