According to the tutor and professor of Civic Education, Reinaldo Sin Morejón, the first will be the collective preparation where each aspect to work will be implemented and on that basis, it will come the self-preparation.
Regarding the control that managers will exercise over teacher self-preparation, Sin Morejón pointed out that it must be systematic to solve existing problems and start the school year with all the hygienic-sanitary measures oriented and with the quality of the Cuban educational system.
It is of the utmost importance to master the characteristics of the contents and the school organization of the next 2020-2021 academic year, which will have other characteristics in the midst of the conditions imposed by the new Coronavirus.
