Mayabeque, Cuba: In order to diversify their productions, the workers of the Francisco Cardona Orta canning factory, from Batabanó, implement actions for the processing of products in the mini-industries of the territory.
The entity’s administrator, Rolando Palenzuela Ondina, commented that they will make several equipment to develop new products and thus expand the range of assortments intended to meet the population’s demand.
Palenzuela Ondina added that one of the motivations of the workers is the wage stimulation.
Aware of the need to promote productions for local self-sufficiency and with the purpose of promoting work as the main source of income generation, the factory operators redouble their efforts to contribute to the economic development and food sovereignty of the country.
