Cuba: The Minister of Education in Cuba, Ena Elsa Velázquez Cobiella, assured on Twitter that before the passage of 34 municipalities in the country to the autochthonous transmission phase, teaching activities in educational institutions are stopped, Radio Rebelde reports.

Velázquez Cobiella explained that the MINED is working quickly to, starting next week, develop television teaching activities for the municipalities where the course stops.

She specified that the tele-classes will be broadcast by the Havana Channel for the 15 municipalities of the capital that fell back to this phase, and by the Educational Channel for the other 19 affected territories.

These television teaching activities will begin on Wednesday, January 20, and the programming will be published at the end of this week. Stay tuned !, she wrote on Twitter.

The head of education added that the teachers of the 34 affected territories will continue their preparation and care of the centers, among other activities.
