Mayabeque, Cuba: The Casa de la Décima de Mayabeque holds summer workshops for children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 17, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 2:00 in the afternoon.

According to the director of the cultural institution, Lázaro Palenzuela, during the summer stage they will be trained in percussion instruments, guitar and lute.

Palenzuela added that they are also offering summer workshops for lovers of improvisation, tunes and dances.

Also during this summer stage girls and boy who practice repentismo, affiliated to this institution offer their art with the brigade Chanchito Pereira, who is touring settlements and urban municipality of Nueva Paz.
