Caracas: The Venezuelan opposition today lacks leadership and credibility before its followers and the laws of the nation, the president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello assured, Prensa Latina publishes.

In this regard, the political leader rejected the right to use coup actions to gain power and not electoral and democratic routes.

"They do not have a single credible leader for the country, therefore they are politically disabled to govern the homeland of Simón Bolívar and Hugo Chávez, they could not govern a day," Cabello said on Wednesday in his usual program Con el Mazo Dando.

The also first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela denounced the financing of the White House to the failed attempts to overthrow the Government of Nicolás Maduro.

According to the revolutionary leader, the adverse sectors to the power deceive Washington and, in particular, the North American Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo.

'The opposition does not have leadership. Here the people is Chavista, they are revolutionary, they are socialist and they are with Nicolás (Maduro)”, he stressed.
