Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Cuban Workers' Union (CTC in Spanish), in Madruga, called the labor movement to increase efficiency, extreme the saving measures and beautify the workplaces, as part of the activities to salute to the 90th birthday of Fidel Castro.

The day invites to compliance with production plans and services, the optimal use of resources and the implementation of initiatives that enhance the identification of the people with their leader.

Discussions, book readings, exhibitions and meetings with veterans of the Revolution and workers, who had the privilege to meet Fidel, are some of the activities of the trade unions in Madruga, to celebrate August 13.

Next August 7th they will carry out a volunteer work at the 9 zone of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), to decorate the area where the celebration of the 90th birthday of the man who made Marti’s dreams real is going to be held, a festivity that have taken place in the locality for 38 years.

In all the communities and settlements of the territory this date will be cause for joy and revolutionary reaffirmation in tribute to Fidel, the man who 90 years later still points Cubans and millions in the world the way for a better future.
