Mayabeque, Cuba: More than 52 thousand workers of Mayabeque and their families paraded this May Day, to ratify the support for the Cuban Revolution and the commitment not to give up in the effort to denounce the imperialist hoaxes and the blockade against the Island .

"Today despite all the attacks, the Cuban people and especially the Mayabequenses, ratified their commitment to the country," said the Vice President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, Roberto Morales Ojeda, present at the commemoration of the Day of the World Proletariat.

The member of the Central Committee of the Party and First Secretary of the demarcation, Yanina de la Nuez Aclich, congratulated the workers of the province and described the parade as one of the largest participation and initiatives.

"The youth opened the main block and was representing each of the different unions. We demonstrate to the North American government that with Cuba it is not possible, because with firmness and patriotism nobody will intimidate us, " the General Secretary of the Young Communists Union in the territory, Hamlet Valdés León, said.
