Havana, Cuba_ Baldwin Spencer, deputy to the lower house by the United Progressive Party and former Prime Minister between 2004 and 2014 in Antigua and Barbuda, traveled to our country today, Radio Reloj publishes.
The delegation is also made up of senators, trade union leaders and other members affiliated to that party, who will complete an intense program of exchanges with various Cuban political and social institutions and organizations, and will attend the parade on May Day in Plaza de la Revolution.
During his performance as Prime Minister, Spencer made several official and working visits to Cuba, and held meetings with Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and other Cuban leaders.
