Managua: The Nicaraguan Army supports the negotiation process as a way to find solutions in a consensual manner to the problems facing the country, said its Commander in Chief, Army General Julio César Avilés, Radio Habana Cuba publishes.

During the presentation of the 2018 Annual Report to the president of the country, Daniel Ortega, Avilés reiterated the support to achieve solutions that consolidate unity, security and, above all, peace.

During that meeting with the military high command, Ortega said that the country will recover the economic growth exhibited in the stage prior to the coup attempt of April of last year, as well as highlighted the support of the people to all the productive and social activities developed in that Central American nation.
