Caracas__ The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela begins today the opening day of inauguration of education and health works, included in the program to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the electoral triumph of President Nicolas Maduro Moros, Prensa Latina reports.

This was announced by the head of state yesterday, in a speech broadcasted by Venezolana de Televisión, in which he presented evidence that reveals the responsibility of the opposition in the vandalism that occurred in the country during the last two weeks.

It will be an offensive in the field of economy to commemorate with work, concrete works, the four years of the memorable victory of April 14, 2013, said the president from the Palace of Miraflores (government headquarters).

With that victory in the elections, he said, the people gave Venezuela the first Chavista president in history and opted for "the continuity of the imprint of the eternal commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías (1954-2013)."

Maduro condemned the calls for violence after his election four years ago, promoted and financed by the then right-wing candidate, Henrique Capriles, and considered them "parts of a script repeated by the Venezuelan opposition when it is defeated in democratic and legitimate processes”.

The right is not interested in the constitutional order, nor the economic or social growth of the country, it only wants to expel the natural wealth that belongs to the people and therefore, if they lose at the polls, they choose to destabilize the country to gain power by unconstitutional means, he said.

In April of 2013, he added, there were 11 dead, more than 300 wounded and much destruction provoked by the violence and the terror that the opposition untied.

He also reiterated that the 'Bolivarian Government believes in the dialogue on principles, in a peaceful and democratic way, to solve the problems of Venezuelans'.
