Caracas__ The truth of Venezuela will prevail over the campaigns of manipulation, hatred and lies, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro Moros said during a meeting with members of the Constituent Commander Zamora 200, Radio Habana Cuba published.

Maduro repudiated the media campaign generated by foreign corporations, and supported by sectors of the right-wing opposition, whose purpose is to show a distorted scenario of the reality of the country.

He insisted that the Bolivarian government, together with the people, has the moral force to confront the violent, to defeat fascism and to open the way for a constituent that will be a great history, of which the protagonic democracy is, the true democracy.

He also reiterated his call for the popular power to participate in the constitutional process, convened last May 1, in order to consolidate peace and stability in the country, to face violent actions perpetrated by groups financed by the reactionary opposition.
