Brazil_ Recent polls reveal that Brazil's former president, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, is the most favored option for the 2018 presidential elections and would get 45 percent of the votes, Radio Reloj reports.
Results of a survey by the Vox Populi Institute show that the leader of the Workers Party would defeat the candidates of the Brazilian Social Democracy Party, Geraldo Alckmin, Joao Doria and Aécio Neves.
The study, carried out amaong more than 2,000 Brazilians over the age of 16, on June 2 and 4 in 118 municipalities of the South American giant, reveals that Alckmin would get six percent, Doria, five and Neves, the nine percent.
The survey says that Lula would get the 52 percent of the intentions of votes in the second round against the candidates of the Social Democracy Party.
