Mayabeque, Cuba__ The 57- kilogram wrestler Anailis Dorvigní will participate in the Grand Prix of Cancun, Mexico to take place at Poliforum Benito Juárez from June 16 to 18.

Cuba will assist with eight judokas, five males and three females. The athlete from San Nicolas will be accompanied by Olga Manferrer, in the 70 kilos and Kaliema Antomarchi in the 78 kilograms.

The males are to be represented by Osniel Solís in the 66 kilograms, Ivan Silva in the 90, Jose Armenteros and Andy Granda in the 100, and Alex Garcia, in more than 100 kilograms, all medalists in the past Pan American Championships in Ciudad de Panama.

The 36th edition of the Mexican appointment distributes 700 points for the 14 male and female champions.

According to the program of the event, on Friday 16 there will be competing the women in 48, 52 and 57 kilos and Anailis will be the first Cuban to compete while the men will intervene in 60 and 66 kgs.

On Saturday 17 there will be activity in 63 and 70 kg, and men will fight in 73 and 81 kilograms, while on Sunday 18, there will be actions in the 78 and more than 78 in the female branch and in the 90, 100 and more than 100 for men.

Latin America and the Caribbean will also be represented participate in this tournament, with judokas from Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela and Mexico.
