Mayabeque, Cuba_ The agricultural sector of this province stands out in the country in the presentation of the affidavit and the payment of Personal Income Tax in the current tax stage.

In this same sector, Camagüey and Matanzas also stand out and the Buzón enabled in the Tax Administration Offices is the most used way for the delivery.

Taxpayers must make the payment before April 30, deadline to avoid fines or surcharges, and because tax is an act of civic responsibility.

The current campaign has different characteristics than the previous year due to the fact that the usufructuary of state agricultural land and the owners of agricultural lands, holders of landless livestock and other individual producers of food, will also have to liquidate the Personal Income Tax by presenting the sworn statement, for the income obtained in 2018.

These figures in previous years were exempted from the presentation of the sworn statement; they only contributed 5 percent of the sale of agricultural products that they make to collecting entities through the retention procedure.

Until the end of April, the liquidation of taxes on land transport, properties or possession of boats will also proceed.
