Mayabeque, Cuba_ About 50 works were evaluated today in the Fourth Workshop of Community Work, based in the People's Power Provincial Assembly, located in San José de las Lajas. Five commissions made up of specialists entered into different topics related to sports, history, public health, social care, people with disabilities, among other proposals.

The status of Relevant were given to the works Fragrance Community Initiative, from the municipality of San Nicolás, My Popular Council Grows and The delegate, community intervention center, from Santa Cruz del Norte, Rumberitas de Vega, from Nueva Paz and The children of my community, representing Melena del Sur.

Of all these works, only two will represent Mayabeque in the territorial event, which will take place in the youngest province of the country on April 26 and 27.

"This Workshop, like the three previous ones, argues the Vice President of the Provincial Assembly of People's Power, Laura María Gálvez Rodríguez, has as a particular mission to transfer the experiences that the delegates of our 484 districts of the province have had in terms of integrated community work, who first have presented their experiences at the level of the People's Council and then at a meeting at the municipal level where the projects that each municipality will present at the provincial meeting are define”.

The events of this type have as protagonists the citizens residing in the constituencies of the Popular Power. Trying that most of these demarcations participate in the municipal appointments is a dream that we want to turn into reality, according to Gálvez Rodríguez, also president of the organizing committee of the IV Integrated Community Work Workshop that hosted San José de las Lajas, some 32 kilometers from Havana, Cuban capital.
