Mayabeque, Cuba: The athlete from San Nicolás, Anailis Dorvigní will be the first to fight for Cuba, in the Grand Prix of Judo, to be held from April 5 to 7, in the Turkish city of Antalya.
Dorvigní will have a strong challenge in the division of the 57 kilograms. She was eliminated in her first fight in Tbilisi, but will try to win her first international fight of 2019, when she faces the Chinese Hongjie Tian.
For his part, Osniel Solis (66 kg), absent from the Georgian event, will begin his journey to the medals at the Sinan Sandal venue.
485 athletes from 75 nations will participate in the tournament, including 6 Cubans, who will take action at the weekend.
