Mayabeque, Cuba: The direction of education in Madruga is at the vanguard of the sector in this province for the results in the functioning of the teaching process, in the current school year.

The recognition encourages educators and students to continue strengthening the achievements of the Revolution in the final stages of the school year. This was reported by the deputy director of education in this municipality, Laritza Zayas O'Farril.

"We have to work on indicators such as the result in the entrance exams to higher education. These exams are close and we should continue paying attention to them, the efficiency in the training cycle of students who choose a pedagogical profile, at the end a long-term guarantee because today we have classrooms that still have deficit of teachers, the needs are covered by contract per hour, reincorporated retirees, but we must ensure that our coverage is with the teachers themselves.
