Mayabeque, Cuba: A broad debate about the role of young people in Cuban society and the challenges of the present has been generated in the municipality of Madruga, in connection with the summon of the eleventh Congress of the Young Communists League (UJC in Spanish), planned for next year.
In the grassroots organizations of student and labor centers of the locality, commitments and responsibilities are evaluated, as well as the participation of the new generations in the conceptualization of the economic model and the formation of values.
Bearing in mind that today its presence is significant in key sectors of society, which enhances the commitment to the development of the country in the face of the difficult situation that exists internationally and the imperialist pretensions to use young people as spearhead against the Revolution, a policy doomed to failure.
In this sense, the first secretary of the UJC in the locality, Yaremi Fundora, explained to the press that during the remaining months of 2019 there will be assemblies and activities with the youth, showing unconditional support for the Revolution and condemnation of the interventionist policy of the United States against Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua.
The coming May Day, the young people of Madruga will parade with joy and patriotism transmitting a message of unity, loyalty and future guarantee of Socialism in Cuba.
