Mayabeque, Cuba: The gastronomy sector in Madruga is committed to service excellence. The improvement and training of staff is a premise for the culture of good attention.

According to the main specialist of the Base Business Unit of Commerce and Gastronomy in the municipality, Rodolfo Villanueva González, the course taught by the Culinary Association for top-level chefs, which facilitates a better command of their work, recently concluded.

Villanueva González explained that in these moments, waiters, salon captains and auxiliary personnel of the network of gastronomy units in the territory are preparing to offer a better treatment to the consumer.

The state cuisine in Madruga is a reference for other municipalities of Mayabeque from the quality and variety of the offers but its workers are aware that good service also implies ethics, good treatment and professionalism.
