Mayabeque, Cuba__ A photo exhibition opened at the museum in Melena del Sur as part of the activities for the 55th anniversary of the Young Communists League (UJC) and the 56th anniversary of the José Martí Pioneers Organization.

The exhibition is available to the public in the transitory hall of the cultural institution, and includes 12 snapshots that collect important moments of the new pines in the locality, from its foundation in 1962 until today.

Yondrys Termitol Gruyet, the UJC's first secretary in the territory, said that they have to be nourished by the history and will of those who always put forward the social interest, to make the revolutionary work a concrete realization.

The day ended with a conversation between former cadres of the organization and pioneers of Melena del Sur, which also included current leaders of youth.
