Mayabeque, Cuba_  A National Seminar on Arbitration will be held at the Heroes de Mayabeque stadium in Güines on April 12 with the participation of two umpires from Santa Cruz.
Elia Saya, a methodologist of the competitive system, informed that the course will be taught by Jorge Luis Pérez, referee of national series, with international experience.
The seminar will deal with topics such as rules in baseball, the controversial strike zone, player infractions, referees' work in the field and new rules to make ball games more dynamic.
It is a recognition to the sports movement of Santa Cruz del Norte, the participation of Julio Diaz and Wilfredo Hardy in the National Course of arbitration.
