Mayabeque, Cuba_ A representation of Mayabeque will participate in the National Workshop of Legal Advisers of the Business Group for Hydraulic Utilization (GEARH), based at El Bosque Hotel, in HolguÃn from April 11 to 14.
According to Gabriel Alejandro Lorenzo Rojas, president of the organizing committee of the event, the objective is to organize and strengthen legal activity in the hydraulic resources system.
Lorenzo Rojas added that among the themes under discussion will be the Draft Law of the terrestrial waters, which contemplate new regulations in correspondence with the climatic change and the present drought that the planet is facing.
Other aspect to be treated will be the economic hiring and main guidelines of the work of the legal advisors in the entities.
For the first day of sessions it is planned the intervention: Legal advice in Cuba and its reflection in the companies of hydraulic exploitation, from the also legal adviser of the GEARH, and the paper: Legality and Illegality in the reservoirs in Cuba, by Arnoldo Julián Guerrero Portelles.
The second day will feature a lecture by the president of the organizing committee of the event along with Yodennys Ricardo Hernández.
In the colophon of the event they will pay tribute to the historical leader of the Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, creator and founder of the Program of the Hydraulic Will in Cuba.
