Mayabeque, Cuba__ More than 59 thousand Mayabequenses celebrated the International Worker's Day committed to the Cuban revolutionary work and the legacy of Commander Fidel Castro, present in each worker and labor group as manager of important economic, political and social projects in the country.
Also signified by the strength and unity that characterizes the proletariat, the participants denounced the genocidal policy of the United States and demonstrated total solidarity with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina and other countries of the world that are on the imperial right-wing offensive.
The celebration, recognized as the most representative since the creation of the province of Mayabeque, agglutinated the guilds that boost agri-food programs, oil and sugar drilling and extraction industries, inspired by the example of Ernesto Che Guevara and Jesus Menéndez.
Adding Ideas, the young people of Mayabeque participated in the commemoration convinced that the reasons to preserve the achievements of the working people multiply in a generation with many virtues.
