Moscow_ To 79 increase the death toll in the tragic fire of a shopping center in the Russian region of Kemerovo, where 76 people received medical attention and 12 are hospitalized, Prensa Latina reports.  

Sources of the civil defense specified the number of deceased, after the Russian authorities affirmed yesterday that they were 64 who died victims of the sinister last Sunday in the center Zimnaya Bishnia (Winter Cherry), of four floors.

The eve, Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded a quick investigation, while analyzing all versions of the fire in the Siberian region of Kemerovo.

Putin met with the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrikin, with whom he commented the diffusion from the outside of false news about the incident.

A Russian court ordered the arrest in the absence of the Ukrainian citizen, known in the social networks as Evgueni Volnov, whom they accused of spreading a falsification in a video material on YouTube about the alleged death of some 300 people.

Amid comments in the press about the possible decision of Putin to remove the governor of Kemerovo, Aman Tuleev, the Russian president himself indicated in a meeting with relatives of the deceased that it was necessary to determine responsibilities.

Of the total number of deaths, at least 41 were children, authorities said. So far, 27 bodies have been identified.

In addition, it was learned about the dismissal of the deputy governor of Kemerovo, Alexei Zalenin, and the head of the Department of Internal Policy of the government of that region, Nina Lapatina.

The authorities also arrested an executive of the Zimnaya Bishnia shopping center (Winter Cherry), on whose fourth floor the fire started, apparently because of the use of fireworks at a children's party.

The accident spread over an area of ​​1,600 square meters, which caused the collapse of the roof of at least three movie theaters and a mini-zoo, where there was a large number of children.
