Brasilia_ A group of trade union centrals in Brazil presented more than 20 proposals in order to confront the socioeconomic crisis that the South American people are going through and demanded that former President Luis Inácio Lula da Silva be released.

According to Radio Havana Cuba, for the next elections a total of 22 proposals have been presented.

The statements has a main objective to overturn the measures promoted by the unelected Governor Michel Temer, mainly the labor reform and its negative effects on the lives of workers.

In Brazil there are more than 14 million unemployed and about 30 million informal workers.

These groups also requested the guarantees of a free election and expressed their support for the candidacy of the ex-president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, his release and his right to be a candidate in the next elections.
