Caracas_ The Amnesty Law, adopted by the parliamentary right in Venezuela, threatens peace, democratic institutions and the principles of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, stated the Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino, Radio Reloj publishes.
According to the general with such legislation they make legal the offenses against human rights and common crimes, as if they were forgivable attitudes.
"When late President Hugo Chavez approved amnesty to Venezuelans who committed crimes, he never dared to violate the Constitution, which establishes the inalienable character of war crimes and crimes against humanity", Padrino recalled.
Therefore, the defense minister considers many the aspects to be assessed in terms of the content of the law because, in his view, it attempts against State of Law and will cause an institutional and moral decay in the population.
