Buenos Aires_ More than 2000 employees of the Argentine Senate lose their job according to a decree announced by the vice president Gabriela Michetti, head of that legislative, Cubadebate publishes.
Hernán Granovsky representing the workers of Kirchner Cultural Center denounced they were prevented from entering into that institution, allowing the access only to the maintenance and the human resources’ staff.
"We were received by a human right worker who said our contracts had fallen and once defined the topic we would be called" explained Hernán Granovsky; "we take it as a dismissal." He added.
"These contracts increased in 146 percent the workforce of the Senate and will mean a decrease of 80 percent, about 570 million pesos in the salary budget of that chamber," Michetti said.
