Great Britain_ Great Britain faces today an increasing uncertainty especially in the economic sphere, due to Brexit or their living from the European Union (EU), CubaDebate publishes.

Eight days after holding the referendum appears in the horizon an unprecedented political crisis and a fear that the economy and trade of this country is affected, above all in the area of finance and banks.

One of the key points is in the expectations about the type of relationship model which aspires to London with the 27 other community partners.

Some conservatives consider the island should aspire to enter the single market and external state to the EU, but negotiating special conditions for freedom of movement, a possibility not well seen by Brussels.

There are other models on the table, such as Switzerland, with agreements in various business areas, but outside the European Economic Space (EES).

The uncertainty of future economic ties with Europe adds to the renewed domestic pressure to separate from the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland, where the option of remaining in the EU won in the referendum of June 23.
