Washington_ The former agent of the National Security Agency of the United States, Edward Snowden is working with the American hacker living in Singapore, Andrew Bunnie Huang, in the design of an anti-surveillance cover for iPhones, Cubasí publishes.
"This work is aimed at providing journalists the tools to know when their intelligent telephones are watched over or reveal their location although the devices supposedly are in airplane way", Snowden and Huang explain.
Both experts in computer security intend to avoid it through a mechanism of introspection of signs contained in a carcass of external battery.
According to the designers this species of anti-surveillance cover would alert in real-time the user, above all journalists and defenders of human rights, of a suspicious behavior.
According to the expectations, the first prototype will be available next year.
