Bogotá_ The Commandant of FARC-EP, Shepherd Alape, said that the memory of the historical nonfulfillment of the institutional power in its commitments with the insurgent forces was present during the X Conference of the guerrilla movement, Radio Havana Cuba published in its digital site.

According to Alape, it is normal that it occurs, although we trust that this time the government of Juan Manuel Santos fulfills all that agreed for almost four years in Havana during the dialogues of peace with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia- People's Army (FARC-EP).

"The commitments of the parts need a project that guarantees the participation of the society in the continuation of the process of peace and that it prevails an atmosphere of trust and love among the Colombians", he added.

This Tuesday the one week appointment will be focus in the woman's participation in the revolutionary fight in society, before going to the work in commissions.
