Venezuela_ Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro reaffirmed the willingness of his country to change the bilateral relations the southern nation keeps today with the United States, and build a positive agenda for both states, based on the principles of the Charter of the United Nations, Radio Reloj publishes.
Maduro expressed that regarding the meeting held on Monday with US Secretary of State, John Kerry, in Cartagena, at the end of the ceremonial act of signing the peace agreement the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia.
During the broadcasting of the program Contact with Maduro, the head of state assured that he ratified Kerry his willingness to initiate a diplomatic exchange with the United States.
The meeting was very good and frank, it was carried out in a diplomatic and nice atmosphere, in a climate of mutual respect, the South American ruler said.
