Washington _ The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) warned this Monday that in eastern Aleppo, Syria, there are no more hospitals and more than 100,000 children remain trapped because of the latest aerial bombardments of health centers and schools, Radio Reloj reports.

Geert Cappelaere, UNICEF director for the Middle East and North Africa zone, said that images of infants treated for asphyxial symptoms after the bombing of Al Bayan hospital and terrified mothers taking their children to the basement have been seen.

So far this year, the United Nations has counted 84 attacks against schools in Syria and more than 69 children have been killed.

Recently, at a primary school near Damascus, a girl died and at least fifteen other children were injured when the school received a military attack.
