Moscow_ Cuban General Attorney DarÃo Delgado has approached bilateral cooperation topics with his Russian counterpart, Yuri Chaika, after attending the festivities for the 295th anniversary of the Russian legal body, diplomatic sources said.
During the meeting the parties reviewed the joint actions carried out last year, which ended with the signing of a new Program of collaboration between both agencies for the period 2017-2018.
Delgado traveled to Moscow to participate in the commemorative activities of the Russian Prosecutor's Office and in that context he participated in a solemn ceremony, in which Russian President Vladimir Putin intervened.
In his words of greeting for the anniversary of the Russian Prosecutor's Office, Putin highlighted the key role of the Attorney General's Office to maintain the stability of the nation and protect the rights of citizens.
