Bogotá__ The leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army (FARC-EP), Timoleón Jiménez, announced that this group has already handed over thirty percent of its weapons to the United Nations, Radio Reloj publishes.

According to the insurgent commander, in compliance with the agreement with the Colombian government, next June 14 they will deliver to the United Nations mission another thirty percent of the armaments and on the 20th of this month, the remaining forty.

Timoleón Jiménez said: "It was established that the UN will receive the weapons, deposit it in the containers and certify the weapons of each member of the FARC-EP."

The guerrilla leader published in his Twitter account that this Wednesday they made a clear demonstration before the world of the irreversible advances of the peace agreements of Havana.
