Ciudad Juarez_ The Mexican National Migration Institute received this Monday in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua State, the forth flight coming from Panama carrying a group of Cuban immigrants that looks to get to the United States, Radio Reloj publishes.

The 145 persons received a provisional document of visitors for humanitarian reasons that allow them a 20 days permission to stay in that country before leaving the Mexican territory.

As well as other groups that have arrived from Costa Rica and Panama, the Cuban immigrants pretend to take advantage from the benefits of the selective migratory policy of the United States, that once more discriminate citizens from other countries.

The forth flight of the Cubans retained in Central America was received in Mexico as an exceptional way again and due to the agreement reached by the governments of Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador and Panama.
