Caracas_ The Venezuelan National Constituent Assembly (ANC) approved the official decree that guarantees full and harmonious work among Public Powers in the country, the institution president, Delcy Rodriguez announced today, Prensa Latina reports.

The regulation is aimed at balance work by all the branches of public authorities to achieve values as equality, justice, independence and territorial integrity, she said at the Federal legislative palace, where the ANC sessions are being held.

She also specified that the regulation guarantees harmonious institutions with efficiency, meeting the State interests.

With this decree, they seek to solve the difficulties originated in the recent past, due to inaction by the Attorney General's Office in its functions of applying justice, according to the Venezuelan former foreign minister.

She also said that through this legislation, they are also trying to reduce the risks that affected the performance in previous procedures to eradicate deviations and abuse of power.

The text also highlights that all the authorities attached are subordinated to the ANC. Thus, such institutions are forced to comply with all the regulations derived from the people's decision.

Such measure make feasible safeguarding the national sovereignty and independence, as well as the financial system and makes also possible the application all the necessary guarantees for social and political welfare of the Venezuelan people.
