Bruselas_ An emergency plan of 700 million euros to assist the war refugees was approved by the 28 member countries of the European Union (UE in Spanish), Prensa Latina reported.
The proposal will be into effect from 2016 to 2018 and has the approval of the Head of States and Governments of the UE.
According to the European organization that help will cover the first order necessities as food, lodgings, water and medicines for immigrants that are in the borders’ camps waiting to enter some of the UE’s countries, who’s deplorable life conditions are declared as unsustainable.
It was also known that the correct proportion and distribution of the needed humanitarian measures is going to be assessed by the institutions like the Higher Commissioned of United Nations for the Refugees (ACNUR), the United Nations Organization (ONU) as well as other non-government organizations (ONGs).
The measure is designed to be applied in countries where the precariousness of the higher migration crisis in Europe since the Second World War, is being close to provoke humanitarian complication of epic proportions, as Greece and Macedonia.
The European Commission also keeps a plan to destiny 300 million for the 2016’s agreement while the other 400 million will be distributed between 2017 and 2018.
