Bolivia_ The Minister of Hydrocarbons, Luis Sanchez, informed that during the fourth Forum of Gas Exporting Countries, to be held from November 21 to 24 in Bolivia, they will analyze international oil prices, Prensa Latina reports. 

According to the executive, at end of the forum, it will be presented the Santa Cruz Declaration, including a proposal of a new scale for world gas prices, and a summary of the event. This document will be read by President Evo Morales.

At the meeting, organized for the first time in a South American country, they expect the presence of 15 presidents of international oil companies and 12 ministers of the sector.

The agenda of the event provides for a high-level meeting of the ministers of the hydrocarbon area on November 23 and for the 24, another, among heads of state.
