Havana_ The support of the Bolivian people to Evo Morales after the president's announcement for the presidential candidacy in 2019 is spread by several media in the world, Prensa Latina reports.

The department of Cochabamba (center) will host the act in which the representatives of the Movement toward Socialism (MAS) will defend the new nomination of Morales to the presidency.

A referendum was held two years ago, so that the population could decide whether a partial reform of the Constitution would allow a fourth nomination of Evo Morales as president. The No option obtained 51.3 percent of the votes, compared to 48.7 percent of the Yes.

On November 28, 2017, the Plurinational Constitutional Court of Bolivia declared the abstract appeal of unconstitutionality presented by the MAS ruler to be valid for a new nomination by the country's authorities.

The ruling is supported by article 256 of the Political Constitution of the State where international agreements on human rights are prioritized.

In this way, it is possible the re nomination of Morales in the upcoming elections, as well as the positions of vice president, 154 legislators, nine governors, 339 mayors and three thousand 500 councilors and advisors.

The right announced a civic strike for the day, arguing that the results of the referendum of 2016 should be respected, when the option of No was imposed on the re nomination
