La Paz_The signs of international support for the process of change in Bolivia and the nomination of President Evo Morales again in the 2019 elections are growing today in countries such as Spain, Ecuador and Argentina, Prensa Latina publishes.

In Madrid, the event Por Bolivia with Evo was held, organized by the Assembly to support the Andean Amazon country, and in which left-wing activists and personalities participated, such as the former president of the Spanish government José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero and the leader of Podemos, Pablo Iglesias.

Rodríguez Zapatero recalled his political experience with Morales and highlighted the humility and devotion to the poor of the Bolivian leader.

That's why I'm here, because I've seen Bolivia change and improve, and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing when a citizen achieves progress, future and freedom, he said.

For his part, the representative of Podemos Pablo Iglesias highlighted the economic achievements of the Andean Amazon nation, as well as the gender parity policies promoted by Morales government.

In this regard, he underlined the considerable increase in state investment in Bolivia since the arrival of the indigenous leader and the strong presence of women in the different levels of government.

These are only cold data, but behind them there is a lot of dignity and a truth: Evo Morales is the best president in the history of Bolivia, he added.

For his part, former Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa also showed his support for the Bolivian head of state in a video posted on social networks. Correa affirmed that the people have the right to elect their leaders, especially if their success and fighting spirit for the improvement of societies is proven.

That society chooses whomever it wishes, especially if they are people like you, who have shown patriotism, honesty and have so successfully run Bolivia, making it an example for the region and the entire world, he concluded.

In Buenos Aires, Argentina, at least 88 political and social organizations leaders signed a manifesto on Tuesday to express their support for Evo Morales.

In Mexico, Italy and other countries, similar initiatives were developed, noted the Bolivian media.
