Havana, Cuba_ Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel is in the place of the plane crash that occurred today near José Martí International Airport in this capital, Prensa Latina reports.
A Boeing-737 aircraft leased by Cubana de Aviación fell on the morning of May 18, when taking off from the air terminal.
Preliminary information reveals that the aircraft rushed between Boyeros and Santiago de Las Vegas, and sources from the Ministry of Transport indicate that with foreign crew, the ship covered the Havana-Holguín route, with 104 passengers.
Forces of the National Revolutionary Police and the Fire Department are on the area of the disaster.
