Havana_ The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, received the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit, who is visiting the Caribbean nation, Granma newspaper publishes.
Both leaders exchanged about the good state of relations between the two nations and the various issues on the bilateral and regional agenda.
The dignitary Skerrit reiterated the gratitude of its people and government for the cooperation of the largest island of the Antilles, particularly the help of rescuers, doctors, builders and specialists in the recovery tasks after the passage of Hurricane Maria.
For his part, the Cuban head of state ratified the will to continue supporting that brother country.
The meeting was attended by Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Dominica Ambassador in Havana, Matthew Joseph Walter
