Havana_ Marcos Rodríguez Costa, General Director of Political Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, received the director of the Foreign Policy Planning Department of the Foreign Ministry of Russia, Oleg Stepanov, the Cuban News Agency publishes.

According to information from the website of Cubaminrex during the exchange of experiences, the diplomats discussed aspects of foreign policy planning and others related to the organization and structure of both institutions, while sharing criteria on the current issues of the international situation.

As part of his agenda in the largest of the Antilles, Stepanov gave a conference at the Center for International Policy Research in Havana.
