Cuba_ The construction of houses and the conversion of state buildings into new apartments for those affected by the tornado that hit the municipalities of 10 de Octubre, San Miguel del Padrón, Guanabacoa, Regla and Habana del Este, continues in an accelerate way, Cubasí publishes.

In the Micro X neighborhood, in the Alamar Este Popular Council, in the municipality of Habana del Este, three buildings that were donated by the University of Havana and that belonged to the Julio Antonio Mella student residence were conditioned to offer accommodation to those who lost their home.

In a gesture of solidarity, builders from five provinces work tirelessly to deliver in the shortest time possible the installations, according to Alberto Oliveras Fis, Director of the OSDE group of Construction and Assembly of the Ministry of Construction (MINCON). "The delivery of 70 apartments of three, two and one rooms is expected in the shortest possible time but it has to be with quality”, the manager said.

In Guanabacoa, the Castañedo transit community is repaired, which is expanded with 31 houses with Focsa technology, said Ana Lucía Lemus Prieto, president of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power in the locality.

In the Nursing Home February 24, in the municipality of 10 de Octubre, property donated by the Ministry of Public Health, 40 homes are built by the Blas Roca Calderío Contingent and 11 non-state Cooperatives.
