Havana, Cuba: Havana will host the IX Edition of the Workshop of Citizen Attention, Consumer Protection, Institutional Communication and Quality of the Ministry of Communications, CALIPROT 2019, from October 16 to 18, Radio Reloj publishes.
Under the motto “For the culture of detail in citizen services”, the workshop will be dedicated to the 500th Anniversary of Havana and the Cuban Post Service.
The portal web of the Ministry of Communications emphasizes that the event ratifies as a space to socialize good practices, share experiences and contribute to the improvement of quality and integrated process management, with a focus on citizens.
The Organizing Committee of the appointment summons all professionals, specialists, researchers, students and state and non-state workers interested in participating to present their work before the coming September 16.
