Matanzas, Cuba: The Ciénaga de Zapata will be an ideal setting for the 12th International Nature Tourism Event, a meeting long-awaited by experts on the subject, Radio Reloj publishes.
The appointment will take place from September 23 to 28, shared with two other places, the provinces of Cienfuegos and Sancti SpÃritus, in the island center.
The Ciénaga de Zapata is extremely emblematic, a perfect setting to take photographs for its high aesthetic value, with spaces such as La Laguna del Tesoro and the Hatiguanico River Basin, the main waterway in the area, as well as Playa Larga and Playa Girón.
For all these treasures, it was declared a Biosphere Reserve, located in the south of the western province of Matanzas, a true paradise for a demanding traveler, now host to the International Nature Tourism Event.
