Havana, Cuba:  Tour operators working with this destination expressed their satisfaction on Friday for the arrival of three million tourists to Cuba so far this year despite campaigns organized and directed by the United States government to prevent the flow of tourism to the island.

The information of MINTUR stated the confidence and recognition achieved by the Cuban tourism sector as a destination that offers security and quality to its visitors.

Canada remains Cuba's top international tourist market, followed by several European markets, with Russia standing out for the highest growth rate and development prospects for the coming seasons.

Once again, Ministry of Tourism says, Cuba is ratified as an important destination in the Caribbean region, for its natural values, heritage, culture, citizen security and hospitality of the people.
